Day 1 Casablanca – Marrakech.
After picking you up at Mohammed V Airport, you will travel to Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco, to see the central market, the Habs district, the Royal Palace, Mohammed V Square, the Anfa residential district and the interior of Hassan II Mosque. You will then travel to Marrakech for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Marrakech – Ouarzazate
The itinerary for the next day includes a visit to this “jewel of the South”, one of the royal cities of Morocco, founded by the Almoravid dynasty in the late 12th century. We will visit the Koutoubia, the Yves Saint Laurent Gardens and other attractions. After lunch we will travel to Ouarzazate, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka, the highest pass in Morocco (2260 m). When we arrive at Ait Benhadda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will have more time to explore this extraordinary place. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Ouarzazate.
Day 3 Ouarzazate – Sinjil – Alford – Merzouga
In Ouarzazate you will see the kasbahs of Taurirt and the film studios of Atlas, and then travel to Tingir along the road of a thousand kasbahs, to El Kelaa through the Dades Valley, then to Erfoud along the Tineydad road, and then to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. At Merzouga, you can spend the night in a nomadic tent or outside under the shooting stars, playing drums with the locals and enjoying dinner at our Sahara Desert camp.
Day 4 Merzouga – Fez
Our journey continues into the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifran and Azra, home to an important craft center. We will stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Midelt before heading to Fez for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Fez – Meknes – Chefchaouen
Fez has preserved many vestiges of its past, such as the mosques and the University of Qaraouin, the largest in Morocco, the Medersa Bouanania and the Nejarin Zaouia Moulay Idriss Fountain. After a tour of the city we will move to Meknes, the capital of the region of Moulay Ismail (1672-1727), where you will have the opportunity to visit Bab el-Mansour and see the barn of the Royal Stables, which housed 12,000 horses of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to chefchaouen in afternoon. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 6 Chefchaouen – Rabat.
After breakfast we will take a sightseeing tour of Chefchaouen, a charming town conquered by the Spanish in 1920. Outdoors, we will visit the Kasbah Museum in the medina, built by the legendary ruler Moulay Ismail. You will have the opportunity to take pictures of the magnificent views of the Spanish-style city, with its blue-and-white houses, small terraces, tiled roofs and courtyards decorated with citrus fruits. stop for lunch in one of the local, after drive to rabat overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 Rabat – Casablanca
