Desert safari luxury tour from Fes

Day 1 Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Gorges of Ziz – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga
Our 3-days Desert safari Luxury tour from Fes will start at 8:00 am at your hotel. After our transfer we will head south to Ifland and Azra, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Along the way we will stop in a cedar forest to see wild orangutans in their natural habitat and then make our way to Midelt via the Tizi N’talgamt Pass. As we approach the town of Errachidia, we will enjoy scenic views of the Mid-Atlas Plateau, where we can see shades of the SAHARA desert. Lunch and continue towards Erfoud and Rizani, crossing the Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga, where you will be welcomed with open arms and offered a cup of Moroccan tea as a sign of hospitality. You will then leave your luggage at the hotel and embark on a camel ride that will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach a Berber camp in the middle of the Erg Chebbi dunes, the highest sand dunes in North Africa, where you will have dinner, enjoy the music of traditional Berber drums and pitch your Berber tent in the desert for the night.

Day 2 Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
The next day you will wake up early to admire the beautiful sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga, have breakfast and return to your hotel by camel. Refreshed, you will travel through the Tingil and Todra Gorges to the Dades Valley, where you will have dinner and spend the second night.

Day 3 Dades Valley – Ouarzaz – Kasbah of Ait Ben haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast we will head up the Dades Valley to Kelaat Mgouna, where we will visit the Valley of Roses and the village of Skoura, before continuing on to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa”. Then we will have lunch at the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the largest kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After spending a beautiful day, we will continue through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, where we will stop to admire the beautiful scenery and visit an argan oil cooperative, before heading to Marrakech. We will arrive in the city late afternoon.
